Flight monitoring
TTC monitors arrival flights so the Operations team can adjust the pickup when the reported flight time changes.
Terminal-specific meeting guidance
After landing, Customer Service sends the current meeting instructions for the passenger's terminal and helps them locate their driver and TTC sign.
Included arrival waiting time
Airport arrival service includes up to one hour of waiting time for inspections, baggage claim and customs formalities.
Pickup confirmation
The scheduled pickup time is reviewed with the passenger before the service.
Airport timing
We recommend scheduling pickup at least four hours before a flight departing from Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Waiting time
The driver may wait up to 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time. Additional waiting may require an extra-hour charge.
Time changes
Last-minute pickup changes remain subject to vehicle and driver availability and cannot affect another confirmed service.

Local Customer Service
TTC reviews the service date, time, route, passenger information and contact details provided during booking.
For reservations made in advance, Customer Service follows up approximately 24 hours before pickup to verify the service information.
For airport arrivals, Customer Service provides the current terminal-specific meeting instructions and TTC signage guidance.
TTC notifies the passenger when the driver is at the pickup location and shares the vehicle category and driver name.
