Airport arrival service includes up to one hour of waiting time for inspections, baggage claim and customs formalities.
Pickup confirmation
The scheduled pickup time is reviewed with the passenger before the service.
Airport timing
We recommend scheduling pickup at least 3 hours before a flight departing from Tulum Airport (TQO).
Waiting time
The driver may wait up to 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time. Additional waiting may require an extra-hour charge.

For airport arrivals, Customer Service provides the current meeting instructions and TTC signage guidance.
TTC notifies the passenger when the driver is at the pickup location and shares the vehicle category and driver name.
